  • Chicken & Seasonal Vegetable Casserole.British free-range chicken thigh slowly cooked with seasonal vegetables, cannellini beans and finished in a white wine cream sauce.
  • Pork & Red Lentil Curry.Slow-cooked spicy marinated pork cooked with garlic, ginger, fresh tomatoes, coriander, spinach and finished in a red lentil curry sauce.
  • Smokey Pork & Bacon Stew with Cotswold Cider Sauce.Slow-braised pork shoulder cooked with carrots, parsnips, onions, bay leaves & finished in our local Cotswold cider.
  • Fisherman’s Pot.A rich stew combining a selection of locally sourced fish cooked with leeks, fennel, garlic & white wine in a lemon & dill broth.
  • Salmon & Toasted Almond Tagine.Fillet of salmon cooked in cumin, paprika, cinnamon & ginger finished with fresh tomatoes, confit lemon, coriander & mint.
  • Beef Bourguignon.Delicious beef with red wine, vegetables (carrots and small onions) and smoked diced bacon. Cooked slowly in Bourguignon sauce made from Bourgogne wine reduction, brown tomato veal stock and bouquet garni.
  • Lamb & Roast Garlic Stew with Dumplings.Chunks of lamb neck fillet cooked with shallots, carrots, bay leaf, thyme & white wine in a rosemary sauce.
  • Mushroom Fricassee & Truffle Tarte(V).Sauté mushrooms cooked in a creamy garlic and port sauce on a puff pastry base.
  • Roasted Red Pepper & Almond Risotto(V).Arborio rice cooked in a red pepper coulis, finished with freshly grated parmesan and toasted almonds.
  • Three-Bean Chilli(Vegan).Butter & borlotti beans, onions, red & green peppers combined in a medium spiced chilli sauce finished with lime and fresh coriander.
  • Quorn Mince Ragu (Vegan).Quorn mince slowly cooked with aubergine, courgette, onions, and mixed peppers served with a fruity tomato sauce.
  • Vegan Shepherd’s Pie.Lentils, chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes filling with a sweet potato topping.

FINANCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Please pay 50% on account and the other 50% within 2 days of the event. If the second payment is not made in the timescale described we reserve the right to cancel the event until it is paid.

Cancellations will be charged for as follows: -

Four weeks or more prior to the event – deposit refunded

Three weeks before the event – 75% of the deposit will be refunded

Two weeks before the event – 50% of the deposit will be refunded

One week or less before the event the deposit will not be refunded
