INFORMATION FOR 3RD YEAR DENTISTRY STUDENTS
school year 2013/2014.
General medicine course aims to teach dentistry students basics skills from 6 different fields (courses): dermatology, infectious diseases, neurology, pediatrics, psychiatry and gynecology.

Classes and practical part of the course will be held during the winter semester.
The classes will begin with the Infectology course on the 18thOctober, at 12:00 at the Clinic for infectious diseases. Students will then meet with dr Daniela Maric who will be teaching the practical part of this course.
After Infectology course students should contacts for other5 courses (dermatology, neurology, pediatrics, psychiatry and gynecology) to get the dates forclasses and practical parts for each course.
Consultations with professors from each course will be held (on request) after the classes and the practical part.

Classes and practical part of the course are prerequisits for taking the final exam (Table 1.).
Starting from this year (school year 2013/14) final exam will be in a form of a final test.The test will consist of 70 questions from 4 different areas (Table 2.).

In order to pass the final test students need to have at least a minimum number of pointsfromeach area(Table 2.). Total number of points on the test will be translated to the final grade for the General medicine course (Table 3.).
