- Acute appointments are available at BMC 32nd Street NAVSTA 5 days a week 0900-1130
- Acute visits take priority
- This includes acute flare-ups
- Goal is to get patients in quicker
- If seen within 1 week, usually only takes 4 visits until RTFD
- If seen greater than 1 week after injury, 8 visits are usually required
- Chiro currently unavailable at NVASTA (position out for hire) but still available at Miramar / N Island expect longer waits
- Athletic Trainers Open to Assisting on Ships (with care, rehab, assistance with MSK exams, etc)

- Consults go to Centralized Booking and patient will be contacted within 3 days
- Visits to occur within 14 days
- Other clinics will be open to 32nd Street Sailors (Miramar, NTC, NI, etc)
- Sailors who report to ER with MH issues
- Will be immediately placed into Weekly Thursday groups at NMCSD for acute follow-up
- No Show Policy
- If patient no shows at first appointment, new consult must be made
- This allows patient to be seen within two weeks instead of 4+ weeks trying to re-schedule in same clinic
- If patients miss two follow-ups, consult must be re-placed
- Please ensure to mention disciplinary problems on consults / have command track disciplinary issues
