Temporary Road Closure - Aintree Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool 10

Aintree Lane is closed between Sherwoods Lane and Longmoor Lane to facilitate drainage repair works by ……………………………. on behalf of Knowsley M.B.C.

This restriction will come into operation at 08:00 hours on Tuesday 26th August 2014 with an anticipated duration of 4weeks

Operate as normal when road re-opens

Service 159 : From Aintree University Hospital via Lower Lane, Longmoor Lane, Seeds Lane, Melling Road, School Lane, Wango Lane, (Wango Lane slip road, entrance opposite Cheltenham Close, exit at Oakham Drive to serve correct stop) Wango Lane then as normal route to Walton Park

(omitting a section of Lower Lane, Aintree Lane and Wango Lane)

Return via the reverse

Service 209 : As normal from Bootle Bus Station to Lower Lane then via Longmoor Lane, Seeds Lane, Melling Road, School Lane, Wango Lane, (Wango Lane slip road, entrance opposite Cheltenham Close, exit at Oakham Drive to serve correct stop) Wango Lane then as normal route to Bootle Bus Station

Temporary Stop Information:-

1)All service 723am and 726amdrivers are to use the existing stop on Valley Road / Aintree Lane in place of the Aintree Lane / Sherwoods Lane stop

2)All service 729am drivers are to use the existing stop on School Lane / Sefton Drive (o/s 9) in place of the Sherwoods Lane / Aintree Lane stop as a temporary starting point

3)All service 729pm drivers are to use the existing stop on School Lane / Wango Lane (o/s PH) in place of the Wango Lane / Valley Close stop as a temporary terminating point

Note

All school services will pick up / set down at all stops on diversion routes.
