Gross Broker Dealer Compensation

Synergy Financial Group/LPL

The below payout rates can not be aggregated with another producer without prior approval. The below payout is also based on 100% of GBD which does not include LPL’s 10% “haircut”. The following does NOT cover any secretarial expenses or services beyond basic receptionist duties and presumes that you are “housed” in our office. This is what your payout is:

$0-24,999 65% + 0 = 65%

$25,000-49,999 67% + 0 = 67%

$50,000-99,999 69% + 0 = 69%

$100,000-149,999 75% + 1 = 76%

$150,000-249,999 77% + 1.5 = 78.5%

$250,000-499,999 81% + 2 = 83%

$500,000-749,999 83% + 3 = 86%

$750,000-999,999 84% + 4 = 88%

$1,000,000+ 88% + 5 = 93%

The individual producer will still be eligible for any direct LPL production based bonuses above the payouts listed. The payout rates do not reflect applicable ticket charges.

The payout rates are individually negotiated and are not therefore reflective of structure that is required by LPL as the broker dealer OR necessarily the same formula that other producers may be receiving.

The payout rates are subject to annual adjustments based on actual calendar year production AND any change in compensation that LPL provides to the OSJ office.

The above payout rates are based on mutual funds, direct investments, variable annuities, unit trusts, fees, and any insurance products offered through LPL channels (life, DI, LTC). Fees on Strategic Asset Management Accounts are paid out at the above rates after LPL’s administrative fee. Other investments are subject to different schedules and will be based on various production requirements (ex. General securities or UITs).

The payout rates can be individually negotiated for fixed insurance products separately from securities on a case by case basis.

Any insurance business placed outside of LPL’s insurance brokerage platform is subject to prior approval of LPL and the OSJ.

Since LPL factors their override calculations on 90%, this will result in the forms being completed to account for this variation.
