Attendance: Brad Rogers, Kevin Bugg, Les Gray, Allen Plaster, David Jones, Shawn Cofer

Principal report - Mr. Bass - No update

AD Report - (Allen Plaster) We will host conference basketball tournament 2/16-19 - HOF went well 7 people inducted; food was good and speaker did a great job.

Treasurer’s Report: (Brad Rogers) Review income statement maintaining a positive cash position - General Fund is less the 18K from the school system - we have paid a $16K payment the 18K is to cover. Margins good on concession and EagleWear. Upcoming expenditures: Scholarships, maintenance & spring banquets.

Committee Reports

Concessions- (Les Gray Men’s Lax pushed us over the $50K - ice maker in baseball field is out - compressor is out and and the warranty is good to 9/16 for parts. Labors is estimated at $400 by Eastern Equip - have a second estimate for $200 for the labor, only catch is we will need to pay in advance for the part and get reimbursed later. Health department has not come to do inspection at the baseball field yet. Kim Smith is running stand for Baseball Varsity, April Lancaster JV BB, Jill Lindstrom Lacrosse & Jennifer Pike Girls Lax. Stock in depletion mode.

Memberships(Kevin Bugg) 167 YTD Goal for the year: 300

Sponsorship - (Kevin Bugg) Commitments for 1 board at baseball; if we collect all sponsorships we will have strongest year ever.

Eagle Wear (David Jones ) - Office sales only - will inventory what is left and use at open house. Lisa has located a replacement for next year - they are in the business own Rapid Sign; Lisa will assist with transition.

Team Report: No Updates

Old Business:

Dave Jones provided an update - Clarification on the Signs for the baseball field from last months meeting

Estimate was for 6separatesigns

30X8 total size

4X10 sections with 3 sections ($8K year)

Booster club and safety messagesin the middle and bottom respectively.

Motion made to approve revised sizing 4X10 with previously presented pricing structure. Motion made to approve by Les Gray - 2nd by Alan Plaster.

Notes from March 7 Signs on the Back of the baseball scoreboard

·  EPES is a potential sponsor

·  How should we price?

·  Need price for the cost of the sign

·  Pricing provided by Sign Resources: $5456.72 - 2 outside would be 10X10 or 2 5X10 - Middle would have ABC logo at the top with safety message at the bottom;

·  5X10 $4K 2 year term; 10X10 sign will be illuminated at each 10X10 panel; 10X10 possible discount but only if we can’t get sold otherwise.

·  Lights not to exceed $3500

·  Other commitments on the budget include expenses roughly $12K;Motion to move forward with the project made by Jenny Fulton 2nd by Shawn Cofer

Scholarship Committee

·  Scholarships to be turned in 4/15, Anna will pick up on 4/18; Dave, Brad, Angela & Anna to get together to read. Date TBD on reading - email to follow with rubric and meeting date.
