1.Rules under which the flight will be conducted
The flight experience will be conducted as a private flight i.a.w CAP 393 Air Navigation Order Chapter 12 Para 12.
2. Aircraft Information
The flight will either take place in Bel 206 Jet Rangeror a Robinson R44
3. Timings & Location
The whole experience will last around 60 minutes with 30 minutes flight time. The experience will include a full and comprehensive safety brief and chance to take photos after the flight. The experience will take place from either Nottingham or Haverfordwest Airport, however we may also be able to arrange a private site depending on the winner’s location.
4. Health, Age, Physical and Size Restrictions
The flight experience will have certain age, legal, health, physical and size restrictions and will be flown at our sole discretion.
•Height: it may not be possible to accommodate participants taller than 6’6″.
•Weight: Maximum weight allowances apply, therefore in some circumstances the number of passengers may have to be reduced.
•Mobility: due to safety regulations regarding entry/exit to the aircraft in the event of an emergency it may not be possible to accommodate participants with low mobility.
•Health: You must notify of any medical conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, any heart condition or if you take wolfren. We cannot be held responsible for any health implications.
•Age: Under 16s must occupy their own seat and be accompanied by an adult during the flight.
If you are in any doubt about any of the above you are obliged to inform us otherwise you may forfeit your flight experience.
4. Availability and Booking a Date
The flight will be taken at a time and date convenient to the pilot, aircraft availability and weather. The winner will have until 31st August 2017 to take up the offer and will need to contact Matt Corden to arrange a suitable date and time with as much notice as possible. If no attempt is made to book the flight before 31/07/2017 then the winner will forfeit the experience.
5. Safety
Any flight will involve some personal risk and we will therefore require you to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating should we deem it necessary. Whilst we consider this to be very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is necessary for safety purposes. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional Pilot’s opinions are final and in your best interests.
6. Weather
We reserve the right to cancel the flight experience due to adverse weather conditions that would affect your safety. We will endeavor to re-schedule the experience as soon as possible.
7. Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint arising you must notify us immediately and our hospitality staff will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please inform us of any complaint you may have relating to any of our gifts or Experiences bycontacting our Customer Services Department. 8. Validity
The experience will expire on 31st August 2017 unless otherwise agreed in advance of the expiry date.
9. Refunds
No refund will be given and this is not transferable to any other experience. Vouchers are not transferable to a different person.
10. Cancellations
Once you have agreed a date and time for the experience this cannot be altered unless you give 5 days notice. Less than 5 days notice will forfeit the experience. In the event that you fail to arrive for your experience then it will be forfeited.
