There are a number of options for participation in the Sede Boqer Symposium
§ Full Participation: All Three days, February 23-25, 2015.
§ Daily Participation: One day, either February 23rd or 24th.
§ Daily Participation in special Grid Integration Technical Workshop: February 25th.
Fees are in NIS and include: meals (lunches and formal dinners); refreshments; Symposium Proceedings Book; transportation to and from Beersheva; pleasant and challenging atmosphere.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
· Use one form per person
· Prices have been quoted in NIS. For fees in US$ or Euro, please contact us.
· We would appreciate return of this form as soon as possible.
· Available HOUSING is the limiting factor on campus, as those of you who’ve participated in the past know. Therefore, those of you who plan on staying overnight (and we hope you all do, that’s when the best interactions take place!) should submit your forms soonest.
ACCOMODATION
There are two types of guest rooms on campus: Hamburg House, belonging to the local field school; and the University Guest rooms. Some of the apartments in Hamburg House are "family suites", with two separate bedrooms, shared living room and bathroom. Participants who are willing to share a "family suite" are eligible for the reduced room rate.
Non-paying students will be accommodated in the Youth Hostel section of Hamburg House.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellation fees
Cancellation and refund of registration: if payment has been made, 90% refund of participation fee up to 2 weeks in advance. Between 1-2 weeks before conference, 50% refund. Same day no show: no refund.
Cancellation of accomodation:
Up to January 23 – no charge.
After January 23 but before February 15. 90% refund
After February 15: no refund.
TRANSPORTATION
Charter bus from Beersheva: We will arrange for a bus from Beersheva each morning – near the Central train/bus stations. We will time the bus based on the train schedule from the north. Get off at the final train stop (Central). Check our web page for exact times.
The train service to Beersheva from points north has greatly improved over the last few years, and is highly recommended. HOWEVER, CHECK THE TRAIN SCHEDULE TO MAKE SURE IT IS RUNNING! The Beersheva Central train station is right next to the Central bus station, making the transfer quite easy.
Public Bus: Metropoline route numbers 60 and 64 come directly to the Campus at Sede Boqer (one should ask for tickets to "Midreshet Ben-Gurion"), and it's about a 45 minute ride.
