1Purpose of this Equipment:To clean Commissary floors.

3General Operating Specifications:
3.1Dimensions:
3.1.1Width must be no more than 42 inches to include the squeegee.
3.2Salient Characteristics that shall be provided:
3.2.1Fully enclosed.
3.2.2Dual disk scrubbing brushes.
3.2.3Maximum 28 inch cleaning path.
3.2.4Squeegee not to exceed 42 inches.
3.2.5Waterproof wiring and motor housing.
3.2.6Minimum 21 gallon solution and 23 gallon recovery tanks or comparable. Bottom drains on both tanks.
3.2.7Minimum 24 volt battery operating system.
3.2.8Non-marking tires.
3.2.9Water and clutch controls shall be “dead-man” type.
3.2.10On board battery charger.
3.2.11Chemical free cleaning technology.
3.2.12Wet cell batteries must have an on-board automatic battery watering system.
3.3Industry Standards / Requirement(s):
3.3.1Industry Standards:Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed or approved equivalent. Conformité Européene (CE) is not acceptable for a standard. Green Seal certification.
3.3.2Warranty period shall be for (1) year from date of delivery/installation against defective material and workmanship and shall include parts, service and labor.

4Electrical Requirements:
4.1______Standard U.S.A. electrical specifications: 120 volts, 60 Hertz, 1 phase.
4.2_____ Pacific Theaterstores 120V / 50 HZ / 1 PH (Applies to these stores only: Atsugi, Misawa, Sagami, Sagamihara, Yokosuka, Yokota, Camp Zama, and Kanto Plains CDC. All other stores are standard U.S.A. 60 cycle voltages.)
4.3Minimum 6 foot cord with a NEMA Standard plug, or a manufacturer’s equivalent to comply with the equipment plug in requirements.
4.4NOTE: the operating range for 120 volts is 110 to 120 volts; the operating range for 220 volts is 208 to 230 volts.

5.1Must be shipped ready to plug in,and use.
