Minutes of previous meeting
Brief discussion of previous minutes, no concerns were raised.
Miss Facer is going to trial Tagtiv8 active maths resources in the next week.
Pippa has looked into the benefits of PTAUK. It is well worth the money £101 per annum, it covers liability at all school events.
Summer Disco to be held on Wednesday 19th July 2017. AP – RH to check Aggie is available. We discussed the Easter Disco staff/parent cover, late notifications added to the disco, impact on food etc. Stickers were discussed and better options. AP – PS to purchase Paper wrist bands (quick costing 200 wrist bands for £5.90 – 0.0295 each)
More cover on the door at the summer disco to help put wrist bands on and more helpers needed. The disco letter is to include cut-off date (strict deadline) and plea for helpers. If not enough helpers the disco ‘will not’ go ahead. AP – SF to put something on Facebook page.
Can a reminder go out on Dojo or Parentpay text alerts re deadline and helpers. AP – RH/PS to arrange with office.
Summer Fair Friday 7th July 2017 – 3.30pm to 6pm. To be discussed at a sub meeting Tuesday 6th June 2017. Lucy Jardine is donating some items for the fair (coconut shy). AP – SF to source Unicorn Poo!! Pippa has bought some fossils for use at the fair.
Microphone and sound system in the hall to be discussed at the next meeting.
Tesco uniform – update. Flyer to go out with current suppliers flyer and see how much interest is generated.
School birthdays calendar – try and set up in September in time for the new year (January). AP – PS to enquire re photographer price and see if cost effective to do. Miss Facer’s sister may be able to assist with the design etc. Possibility of local businesses advertising to help with the costs.
Pamper Evening Thursday 25th May 2017 – 7pm to 9.30pm. Can a reminder go out on Dojo or Parentpay text alerts. AP – RH/PS to arrange with office.

Pippa has been approached regarding having Reindeer at the Christmas fair with a sleigh for photos etc, the cost is £450. FOGS agreed not to go ahead with this.
