- Fall Festival (Hamster balls, Pumpkin Chucker, costume contest, virtual reality goggles, photographer)

- Needs help setting up, volunteering throughout the day
- Carols & Cocoa- Trailer & Truck, award for best decorated, carol through the neighborhood, Santa & Mrs. Claus at the Littleton Church upstairs

- Worked on a committee to help design the Centennial City Park
- Helping with Fiberoptic network (Vice Chair of Fiberworks Commission)
- Centennial was just named #3 place to raise a family/#4 for Veterans to retire
- Answered questions about what Centennial is doing to lead the way for new ordinances? (Please call city of Centennial with any questions-24/7) Fire department, Amazon headquarters (need to watch redevelop ways to get people in big box stores as well, supporting local vendors), public transportation- worked with Lyft-possible pilot program to provide point to point transportation, senior community center-where would it go?

- Lifelong Centennial member, believes he has a good vision for the city (intelligence systems, fiberworks commission chair, was president of his HOA, member of CenCon, graduate of MIT, handed out flyers with number/emails for you to contact him)

- Neighborhood Watch- currently changing the program to better fit the times- not sure what the new name will be yet

- Turn on porch lights
- Trim up trees (no ambush zones)
- Clean lines of sight
- Need good lighting

- Japanese Beetles: discussed traps (attracting more beetles if you aren’t
already seeing them)
- Milky Spore - apply on lawn, only effects JB grub, can be applied all year, recommend 2-3x a year, can take 2-3 years to be effective, takes a large group to make it truly effective- if you are the only one in the neighborhood-won’t be that effective, totally safe near vegetables, safest thing you can use
- Attacking adult JB- Bioneme-unpleasant odor, effective, apply often, must have asitracton (?), doesn’t kill the beetle, just protects the plants
- Bear 3 in 1, pesticide, kills JB, don’t use it on something flowering-hurts the bee population
Other items he discussed:
- When insects are attacking a plant, look at what does this plant need? Helps get rid of some insects
- Mulch is critical to root systems
- Great time to compost before winter
- Annuals, perennials half off until the end of the year a lot of nursery stock
- 5% discount for seniors, and active and retired military
