Interacting with Presenters
You may ask questions or provide comments during the conference. Please submit your questions and comments by clicking the Ask a Question icon . You may submit your questions and comments at any time. The presenter will respond at the end of their session.
Testing your equipment
Complete the following tests 1-2 days prior to the conference to ensure that your computer is set up to run the live streaming presentations.
Technical Test

· If the test is unsuccessful, you should do the following:
· Test your browser’s ability to stream by clicking this: https://support.sonicfoundry.com/Training/ViewingRequirements
· Ensure Silverlight Player is installed on your machine. You can download that here: http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/
· If you install Silverlight Player and your browser’s streaming function was successful, and are still having problems, please work with your local system administrator to review the full viewing requirements and make any adjustments needed. · Your local IT system administrator should be able to assist you with any challenges you have in getting your machine configured for this webinar.
Audio/Video Test

Audio Device Recommendations
Audio is provided through your computer, not via a phone connection. Audio quality can vary based on your audio software/hardware as well as your operating system. The following table lists the recommended audio setup, from best to poorest quality.

/ Laptop built-in speakers / Good to Poor quality
