Objectives

Those who work their way through the How am I doing? training programme will:

·  Understand how performance review works and the benefits it can provide

·  Be able to prepare effectively for reviewing members of their team

·  Recognise the importance of focussing on performance, rather than personality, and facts, rather than opinions

·  Be able to devise, agree and follow up an action plan for those they are reviewing

·  Identify steps which they will take to improve their ability to carry out successful performance reviews
