RUST-OLEUM INTRODUCES NEW COMMERCIAL COATINGS LINE

Vernon Hills, IL – Rust-Oleum Industrial Brands has introduced a new line of coatings designed for rust protection in commercial environments.

Rust-Oleum Direct-to-Metal Alkyd Enamel C740 System protects against corrosion, chipping, fading, peeling, wear and abrasion. The coatings are ready to use with no measuring or mixing, apply direct to metal for minimal downtime and result in a tough, high gloss finish.

Typical applications include metal, trim, doors, pipes, cabinets, vents, lockers, fences, gates, railings and more. C740 can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun and is available in eight popular colors, tint bases and three primers.

C740 has a volatile organic compound (VOC) of 450 400 grams per liter and is compliant nationwide except SCAQMD. A lower 100 grams per liter VOC formula is available for SCAQMD compliance.
