With regard to your messages to the G8 Research Group, G20 Research Group and BRICS Research Group, I am afraid none of these research groups is in a position to help you. These are research groups with limited resources that conduct research and analysis of these three informal institutions -- the G8, the G20 and the BRICS. None has anything to do with the organization of the work of the government leaders who participate in the G8, G20 or BRICS summits or their ministerial meetings or in setting their agendas.
Also, an additional point of information: as informal institutions of countries that have chosen to meet regularly and work together, none of the three has a secretariat.

This is to follow up on my voicemail message this morning. I understand that you are currently Senator Mikulski's staffperson for state and foreign operations appropriations. I see that you have been on Senator Mikulski's staff since 2008. This problem goes back further.
On January 29, 2013 Governor O'Malley requested Senator Mikulski to resolve illegality at the World Bank through enforcing Section 7082 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012 (Pub. L. 112-74). On February 7, 2013 Senator Mikulski wrote to say she "shares [my] concerns about this situation," but she has done nothing to bring the World Bank into compliance. NATO will be weakened unless Senator Mikulski does her job.
Must I continue to fax the rest of the countries before the April 19, 2013 meeting of the World Bank about this unresolved problem?
