REP was a management-consulting firm for industry and distribution in Belgium.
The major focus of the projects is on production, logistics, technical and information management.
As an engineer-analyst, I was enlisted under the responsibility of a senior consultant.

SIDMAR NV is a manufacturer of high quality steel products, part of the ARBED group.
Role: senior SD/MM and Automotive consultant
New implementation in release 46B for the automotive business (customer base = car manufacturers) using Automotive Scheduling agreements and EDI-handling.
On-site near full-time involvement in complete project cycle from Business requirements definition to Production stabilisation after Go-Live.
Main characteristics of the implementation of first phase:
- Use of contracts per type of product
- Use of scheduling agreements for the complete automotive business.
- Production plants in Belgium, France and Germany are involved
- Sales agencies in all European markets are involved
- Use of variant configuration in scheduling agreements; configurations are interfaced to local systems
- Extensive use of SAP workflow to streamline all the procedures between agencies, production sites, back offices.

Completely new SD/MM implementation in release 46C for the three different divisions (Cloth, Garments and Accessories). FI/CO is already implemented. Also BW version 3.0 is implemented.
