Tier I Service Desk Analysts:

Position Summary: Provide 100% telephone technical support by assisting client to leverage technology to solve business problems by being the SPOC (single point of contact) for all technology-related problems (software, hardware, mobile devices, internet connectivity etc.). Must be knowledgeable/experienced in OS and software and hardware basics and data entry.

Initial triage of incoming and end-user computer issues and problems.

Strong customer service sills required as the position is supporting multiple corporate clients and their end-users. Ability to deal with multiple priorities that may change frequently. Requires sitting at the workstation, on the telephone for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment. Schedules/hours/days will vary. Starting pay for entry-level (with some technical acumen/knowledge/experience)Service Desk is $13.00 per hour with many promotional opportunities. Experienced (6 months to 1 year+) Service/Help Desk/Technical Support candidates range from $14.00 to 15.00.
