First Appellate Authority order Ref. No. 5251/FAA/2013/A-36

Please refer to the First Appellate Authority (FAA) decision in the Appeal No. 36/2013 dated January 21, 2014. As directed by the First Appellate Authority in the aforesaid order, the issue was taken up with concerned vertical, i.e. GSC, Lucknow, who have advised as under :

  1. Reference date is 03/11/2013. The application was first received on 18/03/2013 as against the cut off date of 15/03/2012. Hence returned to PLI due to late receipt.
  2. The same application was received for second time in Govt Scheme Cell, SIDBI, Lucknow on 02/07/2013 and was not eligible due to late submission of the claim i.e. with old reference date.
