Further to your recent application for the above post, I am pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted for interview. I would therefore be grateful if you could bring your original passport with you to the interview so that it can be checked, copied and verified by a member of staff. If you are unable to bring your passport, please contact me as early as possible for advice on acceptable alternative evidence.

Overnight accommodation, travel expenses equivalent to the cost of second class rail fare, and other reasonable expenses will be refunded, but please take advantage of any cheap rate tickets wherever possible. If you require overnight accommodation please let me know as soon as possible, and I will make the necessary arrangements with a local hotel which is close to the University campus, and which invoices us directly. We do not normally reimburse other expenses such as newspapers or telephone calls and you should settle these expenses yourself when checking out of the hotel.
