Board of Appeals will hold A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY EVENING AUGUST 16, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. in ROOM 202, CITY HALL, to hear the following items:

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Common Ground Development for 108 Harrison Street (306, 77, 14): Applicant seeks various Dimensional

Variances to convert existing vacant school building on site and construct 13 residential apartments within the

existing structure utilizing the existing building footprint and to construct additional residential

building on the site. (City Council Special Permit to follow).

2. Glen and Jennifer Pinet for 30 Powdermill Road (469, 26, 28): Applicant seeks a Special Permit for an

accessory apartment to be used by elderly parent in the RR Zone.

3. Kathleen A. Mangion for 31 Bradstreet Avenue (732, 775, 10): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance (or

relief) from the allowed 4 domestic pets, to allow 10 domestic pets and a brood of chickens used as a food

source (eggs) for family; and neigbors’ lands to west are agriculturally used (Rogers Farms).
