Objective
The aim of this joint meeting with the AIA/ASD DMEWG is to further consider the roadmap for future OASIS PLCS development and to plan the next steps that we need to take based on the requirements of the various stakeholders.

3. PLCSlib development and coordination
· PLCSlib origins (Howard/Rob)
· Roadmap (Howard)
o No major release before the end of 2014, subject to coordination with ISO developments – AP242ed2 in mid-2016?
o Bug fixes could be released against the existing document
o Additional templates and reference data could be added, provided that they had no impact on the published spec
o Documentation of mapping from PSM to underlying STEP model
· To receive report from Change Control Board
· To promote the adoption of PLCSlib/PSM within ISO –an informative copy of the specification to has been provided to ISO for harmonisation purposes, and OASIS have been requested to permit the formal submission of the document.
4. AIA/ASD DMEWG requirements
The DMEWG is invited to present its progress and requirements for using the PLCS standard.
5. AIA/ASD Product data standards coordination
Howard Mason will present the results of the AIA/ASD teleconference on the coordination of product data standards activity, held on 24 January.
6. Next Steps
The TC members and the DMEWG will be asked to consider the further actions required to execute the roadmap, in the light of stakeholder requirements.
Action 74/2: Members to provide statements of use for the Committee Specification, in accordance with OASIS rules
Action 76/1: Other TC members are invited to indicate whether they would wish to participate in exchange testing for PLCS translators

Members will be invited to identify available resources to execute the tasks identified in the roadmap.
