To access the change order form, go to:

Search Screen
There are three types of searches:
Option 1.) Search by Job # - This will be the primary search if you know the job number.
Just type in job number and click search
(Note: You do not need to know the job status when using this option)
Option 2.) Search by Customer –
- Choose a Status (In Progress, Tecod, or both)
 - Select Search Type from drop down box
 - Enter search value (Note: When typing in a search value, you must use all caps)
 - Click search
 
Option 3.) Search by Sales Office / Salesperson
- Choose a Status (In Progress, Tecod, or check both)
 - Select Sales Office- (Note: When selecting a sales office, the salesperson box will automatically be updated showing only salesman that have a job in the status that is selected at the top of the search page)
 
Select Salesperson(s) - (Note: To select multiple salespersons, hold down the ctrl key while selecting names)- Click search
 
Search Results
Job(s) will be listed on a new window. Click on the Job Number to go to the Change order Form
Change Order Form
When completing the change order form be aware of a few restrictions:
- Building(s)/Section(s) box is limited to 80 characters
 - Per Proposal Dated box is limited to 240 characters
 - Or as Follows box is limited 560 characters
 
- Also, when entering dollar amounts, only enter numbers and decimals. Dollar signs ($) and commas (,) are not accepted
 - The Project completion must have either a date or number of days before submitting the form.
 
When completed with filling out the form, click View PDF.
Printing/Saving the Change Order Form
The PDF file will open up
- Print the document by clicking the printer icon.
 - Save the document by clicking the Save a copy button.
