Rokeach Values Survey
This values survey will help you determine what is most important to you in two categories of your life:
what you want from life;
how you want to be/act.
Note that in the instrument, each value is to be rank ordered, with those values of most importance as #1, #2, #3, etc., while those of least importance will appear at the bottom of the page.
After completing your arrangement, we will explore these questions:
“How does my current career allow me to support/honor these values?”
“How do the new career goals/options I am considering align with these values?”
“What do I need to change in my work/life in order to better support these values?”
Enjoy!
