- Overall coordination and management of the activities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding stretching of certification system in the province;
 - Design actions for the capacity development of the relevant public institutions and private service providers as well as awareness raising in the private sector;
 - Initiate gap assessment with regard to quality compliance at the institutional and firm level and organize intervention that best suits the compliance requirements;
 - Organize and lead market requirements through structured studies and data analysis and develop a marketing intelligence program and/or market support institution at the provincial level and its capacity building.
 
- M.Sc (Hons) Degree in Agribusiness/Agriculture Marketing/Agriculture Economics
 - At least 12 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields: private sector development, agri-business development, SME and entrepreneurship development, value chain analysis/development preferably experience in international market access programme
 - Excellent leadership, interpersonal and advisory skills;
 - Experience as a team leader in agribusiness or value chain development programme;
 - Excellent drafting, analysis and reporting capacities demonstrated through sample report.
 - Age Limit up to max 55 years.
 
2. / Dy. Coordinator Agriculture
(BPS-18) /
- Responsibility for the achievement of results in agriculture value chain analysis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa focusing on vegetables, fruits and nuts;
 - Technical assistance to the agricultural producers, processors and agribusiness enterprises in the value chains in improving the quality of their products and increasing productivity;
 - Advise of public and private programme partners to get quality certifications to increase export;
 - Needs formulation, ToR and management of subcontracts for local consulting’s/ local institutions implementing selected aspects of the service contract e.g. certification and trainings for agricultural producers, processor, exporters etc.
 
- M.Sc (Hons) Degree in Agribusiness/Agriculture Economics/Agriculture (Horticulture)
 - At least five years experience in relevant field;
 - Excellent advisory skills and willingness to cooperate;
 - Knowledge of national and international marketing of food products;
 - Experience in the design and implementation of trainings oriented towards the needs of specific target groups, development of curricula, materials and methods;
 - Applied knowledge about food safety and quality management systems (e. g. HACCP) with a focus on the private sector and preferably the selected value chains of the area.
 - Age Limit up to max 45 years.
 
3 / Dy. Coordinator Livestock
(BPS-18) /
- To supervise all activities related to livestock and further communicate it to the office of project Director and all stakeholders.
 
- M. Phil/MSc (Hons) in any discipline of Animal Sciences or Animal Husbandry after basic degree of DVM (registered with PVMC)
 - Profound applied knowledge with at least five years experience in livestock value chain analysis and promotion;
 - Excellent advisory skills and willingness to cooperate;
 - Technical expertise in the fields of livestock Value chain promotion, handling, storage, packing and processing;
 - Knowledge of national and international marketing of livestock products;
 - Experience in the design and implementation of trainings oriented towards the needs of specific target groups, development of curricula, materials and methods;
 - Ability to adapt to hard working conditions;
 - Knowledge of local language will be an asset

4. / Dy. Coordinator Marketing
(BPS-18) /
- Responsibility for the achievement of results in the On-farm storage and marketing of the relevant agricultural products;
 - Introduction of systematic improvements for food safety and food quality in the value chains/sectors;
 - Capacity development of the relevant public institutions and private service providers as well as awareness raising in the private sector on food safety (legislation and international standards), like HACCP etc.
 - Advise of public and private programme partners for quality certification.
 
- MS in Business Administration (Marketing)/M.Sc (Hons) Agriculture Economics;
 - Profound applied knowledge of at least five years project experience in value chain analysis and promotion;
 - Excellent advisory skills and willingness to cooperate;
 - Applied knowledge about food safety and quality management systems (e. g. HACCP) with a focus on the private sector and preferably the selected value chains of the area;
 - Ability to adapt to hard working conditions;
 - Age Limit up to max 45 years
 
5. / Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager (BPS-18) /
- To manage the buying and delivery process of goods or services.
 - To negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that you the best possible rates inline with the Govt.’s buying policy.
 - To coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
 - Any other responsibility assigned by the higher authority.
 
- MS in Supply Chain Management
 - At least five years project experience in relevant field
 - Age Limit up to max 45 years
 
6. / Assistant Coordinator (BPS-17) /
- To assist Deputy Coordinator Agriculture & Livestock
 - Any other responsibility assigned by the higher authority.
 
- B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture (Horticulture/Food Science & Technology)/DVM (registered with PVMC).
 - Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
 - Maximum Age limit 35 years.
 
7. / Assistant Coordinator Marketing (BPS-17) /
- To assist Deputy Coordinator Marketing
 - Any other responsibility assigned by the higher authority.
 
- MBA/BBA (Hons) with specialization in marketing/B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture Economics.
 - Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
 - Maximum Age limit 35 years.
 
8. / Monitoring Officer (BPS-17 /
- Preparing plans for M&E activities
 - Monitoring and follow up of all project activities
 - To prepare reply of queries/ observations of M&E Directorate of P&D Department.
 
- B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture/DVM (registered with PVMC).
 - Experience of Monitoring & Evaluation will be an added advantage.
 - Maximum Age limit 35 years.
 
9. / Office/Account Assistant (BPS-16) /
- Dealing with accounts matters
 - Keeping office record
 - Management of files and correspondence etc
 
10. / Computer Operator (BPS-16) /
- The Computer Operator will ensure timely data feeding, analysis and developing output reports as per implementation
 - Ensure backup and recovery of the system in case of failure.
 - Preparation of Review & Presentation according to requirements.
 
11. / Driver (BPS-04) / Driving / Literate having Driving license. Age limit 30 years.
12 / Naib Qasid (BPS-03) / -- / Literate will be given preference. Age limit 30 years.
