The Parsons Alley Farmers Market is for local fresh produceand food items. Any handmade items must be sold by the product creator and have a clear food or garden relationship. Produce resellers or other items purchased commercially rebranded, or purchased for resale may not be permitted.

*On separate sheets, please include a short biography about you, your farm and operations, experience, production area square footage, and marketing along with any marketing information you would like to be made public. Also include a map with directions to your farm or business.

Parsons Alley Farmers Market ison the first and last Thursday of the monthJune through September from 6-8PM. Vendors may arrive as early as 4:30 PM for set-up. ALL vendors must be set and prepped by 5:30PM. The Market closes at 8PM. Vendors have until 8:45PM to clean up, break down, and exit premises.

NUMBER OF WEEKS YOU ARE RESERVING A BOOTH

When signing up for Parsons Alley Farmers Market, you must attend a minimum of two (2) weeks during the seven (7) week period. If you would like to attend less than seven (7) weeks, but more than four (4) weeks, you will need to pay for the booth space individually. The individual booth fee for one (1) week is $20. Please add $2 per week if electricity is required for a combined total of $22.

Note: All fees must be paid upon application acceptance.ALL vendors must have an approved application on file with copies of all required licenses prior to participation.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE ON RESERVED WEEKS OR DUE TO INCLEMENT OR VIOLENT WEATHER WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THE MARKET MAY CLOSE EARLY FOR UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS HOWEVER THE DECISION TO CLOSE OR CANCEL CAN ONLY BE MADE BY THE CITY OF DULUTH STAFF; NOT VENDORS. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE FARMERS MARKET FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. FAILURE TO DO SO, MAY LEAD TO DISMISSAL AND FORFIET OF MONIES PAID.

Hold Harmless Clause

All vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Duluth’s Parsons Alley Farmers’ Market, the City of Duluth, its officers, employees, and volunteers from and against all loss, liability, claims, demands, costs, and other expenses, including attorney’s fees of enforcing this Hold Harmless Clause, due to injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, claims arising from bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death, property loss, or damage to the extent caused by thenegligent or intentional act, omission,or error of vendor, or any officer, employee, volunteer, representative or agent of vendor.

PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE SOLD AT DULUTH’S FARMERS MARKET

All baked goods and processed food products must be labeled per Federal and State regulations. The label must include the common name of the food, each ingredient, net weight, allergen information, and contact information for the setproduct creator. Non listed items must be approved by Market Manager. The Market Manager has final discretion on approval of items offered for sale.

Items that may be sold without a license. These items are exempt from Georgia Food Act, State and Federal regulations. All baked goods should be wrapped or boxed.
