In today's marketplace, funding and development tools are available in the public sector to unlock stalled retail developments. David G. Wallace, ICSC Research Scholar for Economic Development and author of "Retail Development in a Public-Private World" is a battle tested public and private development expert, who will highlight his research through local case studies to demonstrate the power of partnership and translate veteran experiences to provide keys to unlocking stalled projects.

The Alliance Program is a special ICSC initiative that provides forums for the public and private sectors to network, share ideas, discuss industry issues and explore retail development opportunities.
