Roommate & Wilton Collection (RM) is standard in Natural Oak Finish. Graduate Series (GC) is standard in the Clear Maple Finish. Mission Series (MC) is standard in the Mission Oak Finish. Shaker Series (SC) is standard in the Medium Oak Finish. Other finishes than the standard are available but the minimum required units each is 25 and may extend the lead time.

The Roommate Collection of solid oak furniture has become the standard of quality and value in demanding institutional applications throughout the United States. Specially designed and constructed to enhance as well as endure living, learning and healing environments. The Roommate Collection is distinguished by its characteristics: corners and edges are chamfered to create a distinctive ninety degree reveal at butt joints; tops are set flush with sides, to allow adjacent pieces to butt tightly together;and drawer faces, with full-width beveled finger pulls, as well as doors, inset between sides to protect their edges when closed. All exposed surfaces are coated with a catalyzed finish that is resistant to impact and impervious to damage even from such harsh chemical solutions as wax strippers, paint and nail polish removers and most commonly used anti-bacterial cleaning agents.
Construction
All Roommate collections are constructed of solid oak hardwood, solid wood drawer fronts, matching laminate tops and are standard in the finish shown on each collection.

Warranty: One year against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.Transportation costs of returning the products to and from the repair facility, or the costs involved with contractory personnel traveling to the government facility for the purpose of repairing the products on-site shall be borne by the contractor during the warranty period. Contractor authorization required prior to shipping products for repair.
Restocking Charge: Authorized returns(in writing only) are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
Cancellation Charge: No cancellation charge shall apply prior to production. After production, only the actual costs incurred that cannot be recovered through the resale of the merchandise in a reasonable length of time (6 months).
