Quizzes
- Dates of assessment may or may not be announced. Students should be prepared to have a quiz over any sections that have been previously taught, including prior units.
- Students will be informed as to whether or not calculators may be used.
- Students who miss announced quizzes must arrange an alternate assessment date with the instructor. This arrangement should be made prior to the announced date.
Tests
- Tests follow each chapter and will be cumulative.
- Test review days will be allocated as long as students make proper use of them.
- Students will be informed as to whether or not calculators may be used.
- Students who miss a test must arrange an alternate assessment date with the instructor. This arrangement must be made prior to the test date. The alternate date will normally be the first day the student returns to school.
