Fields of application of polycarbonate sheets are determined by a complex of valuable properties of this material. Due to its unique combination of qualities: lightness, impact resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, safety, environmentalcompatibility, physiological inertness and resistance to various chemicals - polycarbonate sheets have a huge range of methods of application in various fields: construction companies (contractors); private customers; construction of noise buffer sheets along highways; parking lots; fuel filling stations; stadiums; bus stations and halting points of public transport, agricultural enterprises; greenhouses; advertising and design companies; exhibition centers; canopies for protection from atmospheric precipitation in the individual housing construction.

Cellularpolycarbonate TitanPlast® is a high-quality construction material, for its production we use the equipment of the world's leading company OMIPA (Italy) andSabic raw materials. Equipped manufacturing facility produces sheets whose thickness ranges from 3.5 to 20 mm with width equal to 2100 mm and maximum length - 12,000 mm. The colour range of TitanPlast® sheets includes 8 colors. All sheets have a UV-layer, which is applied by coextrusion, therefore they keep all the physical and mechanical characteristics for the entire lifetime.

The quality of our products is confirmed by theCE international certificate, the technical certificate of the Republic of Belarus, the certificate of conformity, the sanitary-epidemiological certificate, fire safety certificate. In the course of the audit,the BureauVeritas experts confirmed compliance of the manufacturer’s quality management system with the International Standard requirements (ISO 9001: 2008certificate of conformity) .To confirm quality and authenticity of the product, all manufactured products have laser marking with information about the sheet size as it goes from the production line, sheet density, date and the production shift.

Finished products are packaged and then transported to the warehouse ready for further shipment.

Products can be shipped by automobile and sea transport.

We use the equipment of the world's leading company OMIPA (Italy) combined with Sabic high-quality raw materials and staff experienced in extrusion, which makes it possible to produce polycarbonateof the highest quality.

Warranty:for TitanPlast®T(light)– 5 years, for TitanPlast®T3(Standart) - 10 years, TitanPlast®T10(Premium)- 14 years.

It can be applied by co-extrusion, UV-protective layer on both sides.
