Dear parents/guardians,
I will be your child’s 7th grade science teacher. This year we will be studying a variety of exciting topics related to Science. In order to help your child be successful in science class, I ask that parents/guardians stay involved too. The best way to do that is to do the following:
- Review the course syllabus with your student.
- Check your student’s time tracker DAILY and verify that all assignments have been completed.
- Homework is assigned everyday. Please make sure that your child shows his or her completed homework assignment before their next class.
- Test will be given about every 3 weeks. Before the test, your child will be given a study guide to help them study. A study guide will be given which contains most of the questions to the test (Also available on CCMS.CCUSD.ORG web site)
- Check the website daily for updated agenda, study guides and PowerPoint slides
- Check on your student grades by logging on to Aeries regularly ("
