Assignments:

Upon entering, check the board area assigned to your class for the “Do Now” daily assignment and write down your homework.

Homework must be completed on time since it is a vital part of the student’s grade.

Projects submitted early get bonus points, but projects submitted late lose one whole letter grade per day even if you are absent, because you can e-mail it to me.

School & Class Rules:

BE ON TIME: each time you are late 1 point gets deducted from your average (20+ mins. = cut)

Wear proper uniforms: students out of uniform will be “written up.”

Cell phones and iPods need to be turned OFF. Electronics & earphonesmust not be visible.

CUTS: each cut will result in a “0” for the day & more “0s” for any assignments/tests on day cut.

Absences: a student will fail the class on the 18th absence and/or the marking period on the 8thabsence. It is the student’s responsibility to learn what he/she missed.

BE PREPARED: notebook, pens & book / handout or supplies

No standing, walking around the room, cursing or speaking while I speak.

Students leaving the room should fill out ALL of the information required on the sign-out sheet and take the hall pass.

*Keep in mind that these rules were made so that the class can run efficiently. An efficient classroom, equals a good learning environment. We are a T.E.A.M. working toward a common goal, which is your education. I am here for you if you need me and I am always willing to listen. I may be strict, but I am fair.
