Mikkelin Moottorikerho Ry will promote the 6th round of the 2002 Individual World Two-Days Enduro Championship on behalf of Suomen Moottoriliitto (SML). The event will be held in accordance with the Sporting Code of the FIM, together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any final instructions approved by the Jury.
The event will be held on the 8th. and 9th. June.2002 in Otava, Mikkeli, starting at 08.00 o’clock the 1st day and at 08.00 o’clock the 2nd day.

1. ENTRIES
Entries must be made on the official entry form and sent to the Secretary of the meeting. Entry fee 150 € (EUR) to be paid (by SWIFT):
OKOY FI HH, IBAN: FI0252710420065394.
All entries must be in by 8.5.2002. An entry is valid and final when the entry fee has been paid. If there are some mistakes in the payment / bank transfer ( paid without rider’s name etc.) a penalty fee of 20 € (EUR) will be charged.
All riders not affiliated to the promoting FMN must have their entry endorsed by their own FMN.
2. TECHNICAL CONTROL AND SIGNING UP / REGISTRATION
The technical inspection will take place on the 7th of June in Otava according to the following timetable.
Every class has its own time for the technical control, and the organiser wishes that riders follow the timetable accordingly. In case of delay, a penalty fee of 40 € (EUR) will be charged. It is acceptable to have the control done BEFORE the time of your own class.

Riders must present their motorcycles between 09.00 and 17.00.
Each machine must be street-legal in the country where it is registered, and comply with all requirements of the FIM Sporting Code and relevant Appendices, including those under art. 062.22.. Specific machine parts will be marked in accordance with art. 062.23.1.
A noise-test will be carried out in accordance to the Technical Rules.
At the technical inspection the rider must show his FIM Rider’s Licence, Driver’s Licence, International Insurance Certificate (Green card), and his helmet.
3. STARTING ORDER
The starting order according to art. 062.34.
4. THE COURSE
FIRST DAY
The course of the first day consists of 3 laps of a 112 km course, which will include 5 time-checks / lap. There will be a total of 10 special tests.
SECOND DAY
The course of the second day consists of 2 laps of a 112 km course, which will include 4 time-checks / lap. There will be a total of 7 special tests.
The location and length of each test shall be displayed on a map at the competition centre in Otavan Opisto from 08.00 o’clock.,Thursday 6th of June.
5. ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE / PENALTIES
Penalties to be in accordance with art. 062.64 of the Sporting Code
6. HEADQUARTERS AND JURY MEETINGS
The headquarters of the event will be at Otavan Opisto and the office will be open from 08.00 o’clock, 6th of June, 2002.
The Jury meetings will be held at Otavan Opisto. The first Jury meeting will be held on the
7th of June, 2002 at 09.00 o’clock.
Subsequent Jury meetings will be at times decided by the President of the Jury. These times will be displayed on the door of the Jury -room-
7. AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the first three (3) drivers in each class
8. OPENING CEREMONY
The opening ceremony will take place in the park of Otavan Opisto on the
7th of June at 19.00 o’clock..
9. PRIZE CEREMONY
The prize ceremony will take place at Otava on the 9th of June at approximately 18.00 o’clock.
