Among delegates from research institutions wishing to attend, priority will be given to applicants interested in presenting and sharing research ideas in the field of food safety risk assessment.

Section 5 - Processing of personal data
This web page offers an online electronic registration to a conference. As this online service collects and further processes personal data by or on behalf of EFSA, Regulation (EC) 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data is applicable.
The collected data will be processed for the sole purpose of the organization of the meeting concerned and are kept as long as necessary for that purpose.
A specific Privacy Statement concerning the processing of personal data on the occasion of EFSA meetings and events is available on EFSA’s website.
It is EFSA’s intention to promote the present meeting/event by means of social media, especially the EFSA corporate Twitter account.
