Current valid Ohio Driver’s license / Therapist plans and delivers outcome-effective clinical, case coordination, intervention, prevention, consultation and/or mental health services to pediatrics and their families, and the agencies that serve them. Services are provided within this agency, the community, family’s homes, schools, and other social service agencies. Physical abilities required include sufficient strength mobility and language skills to lift/carry a young child and to utilize emergency physical interventions.
Therapist I / II
(B) / Montgomery County School Based Services / Dayton, Ohio / Full-time based on school calendar
Two (2) positions available / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social science field with Ohio license of LSW or PC.
Experience in community / school support services. / Therapist works in a school based setting with children, adolescents, adults and families. Collaboration with community site staff is an integral part of the job responsibilities. Service delivery may be home, school or other community site-based. Services provided include initial and on-going diagnostic assessments, developing individualized service plans, clinical treatment, behavioral interventions, community psychiatric support, case management, consultation, and prevention education to community site staff, patients, and their family members
Therapist II / III

Minimum of 2 yrs experience in MH and/or DoA field. / Therapist functions as a member of a team providing substance abuse services. Responsibilities include performing initial and on-going diagnostic assessments; developing individualized service plans; providing clinical treatment including individual and group counseling, behavior interventions, community psychiatric support, case management, consultation, and prevention education services to community site staff, patients and their family members.
Services will be delivered primarily at agency’s main office. Services may also be delivered in the community or in the patient’s home
Office Manager / Medical Assistant
(J) / Miami County Services / Piqua, Ohio / Full-time / Associates Degree related to Medical Assistant training with MA certification.
Current CPR/First-Aid certification.
Basic knowledge of psychiatric & medical drugs. / Office Manager/Medical Assistant functions as a member of a team to assist in the provision of clinical care, intervention, education services and care coordination to child, youth, and adult patients. Office Manager/MA is responsible to assist the medical team in the provision of patient care, and provides internal chart audits. Office Manager/MA oversees the front-desk area and monitors the day-to-day work flow in the Miami County clinical records/registration department and ensures that the clinical records meet all SBHI clinical records standards.
Case Manager
(D) / Preble County Services / Eaton, Ohio / Full-time / Two (2) year degree in a relevant social science field or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) yrs experience in the mental health and/or drug & alcohol field. / Case Manager functions as a member of a team to assist in the planning, development, and delivery of outcome-effective treatment services in various types of settings. This position maintains an ongoing working knowledge of Preble County Mental Health and Recovery Board funded agencies and other community/emergency resources in Preble County for child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients and uses that knowledge to coordinate services and advocate for identified clients. Case Manager acts as a resource consultant to other team members and collects resource materials regarding other agencies and services in the community. Services may be delivered by phone, face-to-face at the office, in patient’s home, at outside agencies, and/or within the community.
Crisis Support Specialist

Demonstrated training and experience in the types of services provided. / Crisis Support Specialist (CSS) provides information and referral services to clients needing access to community resources in Montgomery County. Resources include, but not limited to; emergency housing, shelters, food banks, community mental health centers for children, adolescents, adult and geriatric persons. CSS links consumers to appropriate community programs to satisfy unmet needs. CSS provides crisis triage services according to department standards and demonstrates competency in providing crisis intervention services via telephone.

Health Officer training and certification in Montgomery County required. / Therapist functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive Crisis Services for persons in Montgomery County experiencing mental health and/or alcohol and other drug (AoD) problems. Services include pre-hospitalization screening, mobile crisis response, brief crisis counseling, suicide prevention, crisis hotline services, education and referral to other community resources. Services delivered by phone, face-to-face at the office,and mobile crisis response to schools, jails, and within the community.

Services are delivered in the Montgomery County Jail
