The Parliament of Victoriaenacts:

Legislation Reform (Repeals No. 6) Act 2010
No. 22 of 2010

1Purpose

The main purpose of this Act is to repeal certain spent Acts.

2Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3Repeal of Acts

The Acts listed in the Schedule are repealed.

4Repeal of repealing Act

s. 4

This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Note

The repeal of this Act does not affect the repeals made by it (seesection 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984).
