Diversity Calendar Competition 2017/18

Over the last few years, Warwick staff and students have been submitting some wonderful photographs displaying diversity and inclusion within our Warwick community, and which have formed our Diversity Calendar.

The format of the competition for 2017/18 is being modified slightly with a suggested focus for each month. However this does not exclude you submitting photos of other events that are taking place within Warwick at any given time. Take a look at the various themes and submit a landscape image together with a short explanation as to what the image is and when it was taken, using some of the themes below as an idea for the images.

Themes have been randomly selected and do not represent all religious dates, and remember the suggested themes are only guidelines. All appropriate images will be gratefully received.

If you have a photo that doesn’t fit in the themed months, please submit anyway providing an explanation for the photo.

Please remember when taking photographs of people, that you need their permission to publish the image. If your image is not successful for the Diversity Calendar, the communications office would be keen to keep some of the images for their photo bank, so it would be good if you could indicate that you are willing for the University to use your image in any future publicity.

Many thanks and keep ‘snapping’!
