/ ‘C’ step left into a front stance with right hand reverse punch and “Kia”

Pull Back / Left hand on bottom, right hand on top to the left hip with feet together

‘C’ Step X Block / Left leg ‘C’ step back as hands cross overhead, strong front stance. Slowly pull hands back, building tension downward, while breathing out and make mean facial expression
Front Kick / Right leg, down in front

Step & Drop to the Knee / Step forward, parry hands downward and drop to left knee

Spear Hand

Knife Hand

/ Left hand palm down at the chest, right hand knife thrust with “Kia”

Turn Guard Stance

/ Turn left into guard stance, facing opposite direction
Double Round House Kick
/ Right leg double round house, placed in front

Skipping Side Kick

/ Right leg
Skipping Hook Kick / Right leg

TurnChop

/ Turn left 45 degrees, good straddle horse stance, left hand chop

Reverse Punch

/

Pull left hand back across chest as right hand punches

TurnChop / Turn right with right hand chop about 120 degrees from previous chop
Reverse Punch / Pull right hand back across chest as left hand punches
Strike ‘C’ Step / Two hand strike, left leg ‘C’ steps towards that attacker
Front Kick / Right leg, down in front
Skipping Front Kick / Right leg
Elbow Smash / Right elbow smash into left hand
‘C’ Step X Block / Right leg ‘C’ step back as hands cross overhead, strong front stance. Slowly pull hands back, building tension downward, while breathing out and make mean facial expression
