Salary: £33,000 (including London Weighting) pro rata

Hours:Part time(24 hours per week)

Main Focus for the post:
- Development and management of Coram Voice’s digital resources and website to ensure our digital and online presence is relevant, far reaching and engages children and young people.
- Develop content for social media and work with the Coram Marketing and Communicationsto develop our social media presence.
- Development and implementation of innovative ways to engage younger children to ensure they are able to access our advice resources and support
- Work directly with children and young through our A National Voice (ANV) programme, and other young people’s projects, to co-produce mobile first delivery and social media engagement
- Create effective content for website and social media as required

Core Responsibilities:
- Create clear and compelling content for our website, social media channels and other methods of communication working with Coram Marketing and Communications team to maximise our reach.
- Ensure that the Coram Voice website is fully optimized for search performance and uses a range of digital techniques to ensure maximum engagement with target groups
- Develop high quality digital tools and creative and innovative contentfor our website which engages and informs children and young people of their rights and promotesCoram Voice’s projects, including Always Heard, A National Voice and Bright Spots.
- Identifyalternative digitaltechnologies to present information (e.g. audio, videos, Vlogs etc.) working with children and young people to develop them.
- Analyse website performance against objectives via Google Analytics and report to Group Marketing and Communications team to ensure our analytic and social media reporting provides the information we require.
- Utilisedata from analytics to evaluate engagement with different communication platforms ensuring we are achieving maximum impact, engagement and awareness within budget.
- Work with children, young people and others to identify new tools and methods to showcase the experiences of children and young people digitally
- Provide digital or web solutions to survey the views of children and young people and to improve our feedback rate.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure a coherent and consistent Coram Group approach is taken to branding and inour online communications withchildren and young people
- Support and coordinate the work of interns and volunteers and manage contractors as required
These responsibilities are subject to review and may need to be adjusted in line with service developments.
