Supplementary Table 2. Life table summary statistics of aging adult cohorts where dFOXO or PTEN was induced by tissue-specific enhancer traps with mifepristone activated –Gal4. ‘Wildtype’ were F1 offspring between an yw strain and a w1118 strain, which were the background strains used to construct the –Gal4 and UAS- lines. Allele column identifies independent insertions of the dFOXO construct. Median lifespan was estimated from eclosion: untreated adults (Control) and mifepristone-fed adults (+RU). Mifepristone was 25 mg/ml paste except in the trial denoted S32* where mifepristone was 50 mg/ml yeast. N gives the total initial sample size of control and treated in each comparison. Percent change for median life span of treated relative to matched control within the trial. Probability from the log-rank test was used to evaluate overall differences in mortality among matched control and mifepristone-fed adults; bold highlights significant positive changes greater than 10%. Each row for S32 represents independent trials of the indicated genotypes.
