Waitstaff: waiting tables in club restaurant, other duties as assigned.
Runners: serving food to tables, clearing tables, other duties as assigned.
Dishwasher: washing dishes, cleaning kitchen, other duties as assigned.
Office: answering phones, taking reservations, other duties as assigned.
Tennis Desk: managing tennis court reservations, lending equipment, other duties as assigned.

EnglishRequirement: Basic English skills required for Dishwashers. Highest Level of English and prior US work history required for Waitstaff and Runners. Previous relevant work history in food and beverage preferred. Office and Tennis Desk require native English speaking applicants.
Work Dates:
Arrival Date Range: June 5th to June 13th
Departure Date Range: September 30th to October 5th
We can accept mid-September for departure date if students can arrive before May 26th, 2012.

Salary: $8.00 per hour (plus no cost room and board, meals, laundry, internet access, cable TV, bicycle access)
Work Hours:This job consists of a 6 day work week. Employees will expect to work approximately 10am-3pm and 6:00pm-11:00 pm. Hours may be more or less depending on business levels.Employees can expect 1 full day off per week and 1 additional shift off. Hours per week range from 40 to 52. Job requires the occasional moving of tables and chairs. Employees should expect a fast-paced work environment and be courteous, friendly and respectful of co-workers and club members.Employees should be able to carry 35 pounds.
Housing Information: Housing is provided at no cost, and is dormitory style, with 2 beds per room. Bathrooms and showers are communal with separate quarters for males and females. There is one computer available for internet access, and employees are able to bring their own laptops which can connect to free Wifi. Meals are provided at the club at set meal hours.

Area Description: The Hamptons is known to be a destination area for people all over the country. We are steps away from some of the best beaches in the USA. There are walking trails and shopping nearby, accessible by bike. Fishing is also a major attraction in the area.
