TRAINER(S):

This survey is intended to measure the effectiveness of this training at increasing your understanding of sex trafficking, ways to identify and engage with sexually exploited youth, and local resources and services available for this population.

There are two sections of this survey, the first is to be completed before the training begins, and the second is to be completed after the training is over. Your responses are very important to us and will help inform changes to the training and decisions about whether the training was effective. Your individual responses are anonymous but will be seen by the trainers and members of the evaluation team. Numeric results will be aggregated and reported as average scores. Open ended comments may be reported exactly as you write them, so please consider this when writing your comments if you wish to remain anonymous.

Please contact Michael Pullmann, Ph.D. at if you have any questions or concerns about this survey.

Thank you for your participation!
