DESIGNATED DOMESTIC ABUSE PROGRAMS

The following programs have received designation by the Office of Justice Programs, Crime Victim Services to receive incident reports as specified in Minnesota Statutes section 629.341. When designated domestic abuse programs request police reports that are related to domestic violence incidents, the reports are to be provided by peace officers, at no cost, to the designated programs.
