Photographers normally retain the copyright of photos, so the submitter should ensure that they have permission to upload photos to DBIA for use without limitations. Any liability for copyright violation shall be borne solely the submitter. If a photo credit is required, include the information with the image files. DBIA reserves the right to publish the images online, in print and in various DBIA presentations about design-build.
