Detailed Outline of the Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Mangalore Airport– Medikeri - Coorg (180 Kms – 4 hrs)

Madikeri is a quaint hill town in Karnataka with vast coffee plantations, lush forests and misty hills, all culminating into a breathtaking view. Known as the Scotland of India, this hill station is a picturesque place for us to enjoy awe-inspiring scenery and splendid views made up of abundant and beautiful vegetation. A great mix of natural, historical as well as religious attractions can be seen here. Overnight stay at Medikeri - Wind Flower Resort, Coorg

Day 2: Medikeri

Today you will visit Madikeri Fort, Namdroling Monastery, Raja’s Seat, Omkereswara Temple and Dubare Elephant Camp. Overnight stay at Medikeri - Wind Flower Resort, Coorg

Day 3: Medikeri – Mysore – 140 Kms – 3.5 hrs

The city of Mysore is known as the 'City Of Palaces'. There are number of buildings built by the Royal family and are exquisite examples of Dravidian architecture and display grandeur and the lavish life lead by the Emperors while they ruled the state. Apart from the Palaces there are number of other tourist attractions that one can visit in Mysore. One of the popular spots is the Chamundi hills and the temple on top of the hills. This prominent landmark of Mysore is a favorite destination for the locales as well. Enroute you will visit Srirangapatinam. Check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Mysore -Wind Flower Resort and Spa

Day 4: Mysore

Today you will visit Mysore Palace, Chamundi hills, Brindavan Garden. In the Evening you will explore the Lightning in the Palace (Lightning on Sunday and national Holidays only). Overnight stay at Mysore -Wind Flower Resort and Spa

Day 5: Mysore – Hassan – 140 Kms 3.5 hrs

Hassan was named after the Goddess Hassanamba, the most worshiped goddess of that time. Hoysala Empire dominated Hassan for a long period of time. One can easily witness this fact just by visiting this place as the city is covered with different monuments and temples which date back to the Hoysala Empire.Hassan portrays refined art and culture and the inscriptions on various historical attractions informs us more about the administration, taxation, economic status and braveness of Hoysala rulers.There is evidence that during late 10th century, Jainism was at its peak in this city. There are many Jain temples developed here. These temples depict the skills of the talented labour that engraved and carved almost every wall, every pillar of the temple. Day 6: Hassan

Today you will visit Hassan, Belur and Halebid. Overnight stay at Hassan - Hotel Hoysala Village Resort

Day 7: Hassan – Bangalore – 182 Kms – 4.0 hrs

Today you will be dropped at Bangalore Airport for your onward journey by return flight to London
