DESCRIPTION OF GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

  • SPIN / INDOOR CYCLING: A totally fun way to burn extreme amounts of fat & calories. Instructors will guide you through workout phases. Warm up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool downs.
  • BOOTCAMP: A high energy and high intensity class that includes sports conditioning drills and all of those “good ole fashioned” exercises! Lunge, push-up, jump, crunch and sprint your way to improved fitness and health. If you tend to shy away from combination / choreographed classes, this is for you. Male or female – you will love this class!
  • YOGA / PILATES: Yoga focuses on stretching and muscle tone, as you are building the mind / body connections, while Pilates gives you a longer leaner sculpted body, increasing abdominal and lower back strength and improves posture.
  • TNT: (Tone & Tightening): This workout will tighten and tone your entire body, targeting those key trouble areas, your legs, butt, hips, arms, shoulders and your back. You’ll alternate between moves training your upper body and your lower body to decrease your resting time. (This keeps those calories burnin!)
  • KICKBOXING: This class combines strength techniques described in our “bootcamp” class and incorporates kickboxing moves for terrific cardio! Come punch, kick and crunch your way to a fitter you! Male or Female – you will love this class.
  • BODY PUMP: Is the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and FAST!
  • ZUMBA: Blast calories while grooving to international rhythms including Salsa, Merengue, Hip-Hop, Samba, Cumbia and more! This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principal that a workout should be fun! ZUMBA utilizes the principal of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric, output, fat burning and total body toning! Check it out at
