Quinault Indian Nation / April 2001 / Grays Harbor County and the western part of Jefferson County (the western boundary of the Olympic National Park to the Pacific Ocean) / ·  On the Quinault reservation, all members of an American Indian Tribe or Alaska Village Corporation.
·  Off the reservation, Quinault tribal members within the Grays Harbor and western Jefferson County service area.
Quileute Tribe
(The Quileute Tribe was serving the Hoh Tribe until May 1, 2004. Hoh members are being served by the State) / May 2001 / Clallam County and in Jefferson County within the area served by the Forks CSO except for the Quinault and Makah reservations. / ·  All American Indians/ Alaska Natives who are enrolled in federally recognized Indian tribes in the Forks CSO service area.
·  This includes all American Indian families living on the Quileute reservation
Excludes:
·  The Makah reservation;
·  The Hoh reservation and members of the Hoh Tribe in the Forks CSO;
·  The portion of the Quinault reservation in Jefferson County;
·  That portion of Clallam County being served by the Lower Elwha Klallam Program (east of the Hoko River).
Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation / November 2001 / Okanogan, Ferry, Douglas, Chelan, Lincoln, Grant, and Stevens County / ·  On the Colville reservation in Ferry County, all American Indians/ Alaska Natives who are enrolled in federally recognized Indian tribes.
·  All American Indians/Alaska Natives who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes in Douglas, Ferry, Okanogan, and Chelan Counties living off a reservation.
·  Colville tribal members only in Grant, Lincoln and Stevens Counties living off a reservation.
Spokane Tribe of Indians / March 2003 / Spokane reservation in Stevens County and Adams, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane and Stevens County / ·  On the Spokane reservation in Stevens County, all American Indians and Alaska Natives
·  All American Indians/ Alaska Natives enrolled in federally recognized Indian tribes in Adams, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane and Stevens County;
Except for:
·  Colville tribal members in Stevens County;
·  Kalispel tribal members in Pend Oreille, Spokane and Stevens Counties; and
·  On The Kalispel reservation in Pend Oreille County.
SPIPA (South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency) a consortium of the Skokomish, Puyallup, Squaxin Island and Nisqually Tribes. / September 2004 / Thurston, Mason, Kitsap and Pierce Counties except for the Puyallup Reservation in Pierce County and the Port Gamble S’Klallam Reservation in Kitsap County. / ·  On the Skokomish, Squaxin Island and Nisqually reservations, all AI/AN

Tulalip Tribes / March 2005 / Northern Snohomish County in the following zip codes: 98271, 98270, 98259, 98206, 98287, 98201, 98292, 98223, 98285, 98205, 98207, 98203, 98291, 98204, 98208, 98290, 98296 and 98272 / ·  On the Tulalip reservation, all American Indians and Alaska Natives.
·  Off reservation, all Tulalip Tribal members in the zip codes listed.
Nooksack Tribe / May 2005 / Whatcom County and East of the dividing line: The Guide Meridian from the Canadian border to the City of Bellingham until it intersects with I-5 and then along I-5 from Bellingham to the border with Skagit County. / ·  All Nooksack Families in Whatcom County, except those living on the Lummi Reservation.
·  All AI/AN living in Whatcom County who live east of the dividing line, except for members of the Lummi Nation.
Lummi Nation / July 2007 / Whatcom County except for the Nooksack Reservation & Lummi Reservation / ·  In Whatcom County, Lummi Tribal members except for those on the Nooksack Reservation
·  All AI/AN on the Lummi Reservation
·  All AI/AN residing west along the Guide Meridian road from the Canadian borders to the intersection of the Guide Meridian Road & I-5 within the City of Bellingham. The boundary shall continue following I-5 south to the border of Whatcom County
Upper Skagit / July 2007 / Skagit County & the Upper Skagit Reservation / ·  All AI/AN living on the Upper Skagit Reservation
·  Upper Skagit Tribal members residing in Skagit County, including those living on the Swinomish Reservation
