Title: Sales Representatives (M/F)

Missions: (responsibility , field of action)

Increasing sales in North-East area of France (Bretagne, Normandie, Hauts-De-France, Ile de France and Grand Est).

·  Identity potential key customers in north/east of France within IWIS core industries

·  Identifying new sales opportunities with existing accounts (+-100 in this area)

·  Manage and exploit customer potential at all levels that enables achievements of plants and objectives

·  Developing client relationships at senior and technical levels

·  Acting as a contact person between customers and the company

·  Coordination of customer projects between all departments involved

o  (amount of an average order +-1000 to 10.000 euro)

·  Keeping a strong relationship with the headquarters in Germany

Objectives:

The 2016 turnover of the area was around 450.000 euro

The sales targets are 750.000 euro in 2018-2019 and 1.000.000 in 2019-2020.

Position in the organisation:

This position reports to the Vice President International Sales in Germany and the Plant Manager in France

Means of payment. Annual salary, ratios :

Gross annual wages 46 to 56 KE including:

500 Eurosmonthly bonus based on margin

5000 annual bonus bases on objectives.

Qualifications :

Technical background (mechanic )

Min Bac+2

Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)

Experience:

Min 10 years experience in sales of industrial components (chains, sprockets, belts, motors, gears, seals, pumps, etc.)

Well introduced in OEM business
