4.  / Reduced activity period / Contractors are not required to attend for duty during the Department’s reduced activity period, unless given approval by the CIO Leadership Group.
5.  / Business Hours / From 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day, unless specified otherwise.
Maximum of 40 hours per week unless given prior approval by the business areas National Manager.
6.  / Purpose of Services / The requirement, at a high level, is to engage six SAP Fiori/UI5 resources for 12 months to focus on a number of issues in relation to the department’s SAP products. The functions performed in this role is crucial to the delivery of products by the ICT Product Architecture Branch and all SAP projects in DHS.
7.  / Documentation / The Department may provide to the Vendor Department Material and the Vendor must ensure that the Departmental Material is used strictly in accordance with any conditions or restrictions specified in item 9 of the Deed Details and any direction by the Department.
8.  / Selection criteria / Mandatory Criteria
1.  Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 within a large organisation (preferably within a Federal Government organisations).
2.  Appropriately skilled and/or certified with knowledge of, and experience in various SAP tools and technologies such as UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP CRM, and SAP ABAP-CRM.

2.  Demonstrated ability to work within a team and engage with stakeholders successfully.
3.  Ability to knowledge transfer to DHS staff and mentor subject matter experts.
9.  / Security requirements, security clearances and police checks / ALL Contractors engaged through this process must have a MANDATORY Standard Criminal History Check via Crimtrac
While a Security Clearance is not required for this engagement, should contractors subsequently deal with classified or otherwise sensitive information, a Security Clearance with the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency may be required.
