DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & TAX – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

Thank you for your inquiry about the RPL process in the Financial Accounting and Taxation Department at CPUT. Please complete the following questions in the spaces provided (you may type up your responses and paste them in the appropriate sections). Once you have completed this questionnaire please attach it to the CPUT application from. Tick the RPL box on the front page of the form. In addition we need a comprehensive and current CV with a letter of motivation stating why you are applying for RPL. You are required to submit all this information, in hard copy to the Admissions Office on the Cape Town campus not later than the 31st of July.

The first step in the RPL process is the completion of this questionnaire. Your responses will be reviewed by the RPL Facilitator in the Financial Accounting and Taxation Department. You will then be contacted about your application and may be invited to participate in additional processes which are part of the RPL procedures in the department.
