CALL TO ORDER

Dr. Camp called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Dr. Morgan, seconded by Dr. Camp to approve the September 21, 2006 minutes as presented. The motion was unanimously carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

A motion was made by Dr. Morgan, seconded by Dr. Kelman to approve the Draft of the Proposed Rule Change 3.0. The motion was unanimously carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Review of Application

A motion was made by Dr. Camp, seconded by Dr. Kelman to approve the applications of Dustin Thomas and Heather Deyman. The motion was unanimously carried.

Dr. Kelman’s term is over in July 2007 and he would like one of the other Doctors to take his place in reviewing the FCLB emails that come in and to attend the Annual Meeting in May. We will discuss this at the next meeting.
